Personality Assessment of final candidates – a more qualified decision-making process

Selsøe & Partners assist our customers in choosing the right candidate for the right job.
We carry out personality assessment of 2 – 4 final candidates for a specific position – the final candidates are chosen by our customers.

The Personality Assessment gives our customer a detailed picture of the candidates working style, interpersonal relations, motivation, strengths and development areas in relation to the position in the company. Furthermore the assessment can reveal the candidates leadership skills / potential.
We believe that personality is the most important factor for how an employee functions in a job in a specific organization.
A candidate may have a good education and excellent exams, but if the person does not have the personal qualities needed to match the position /organization, it will, in most cases result in selecting the wrong candidate for the job.
